Abby and Matt

We had such a great time at The Neugemiller wedding. Abby was beautiful, Matt was handsome, their families were SO sweet, the food was great, the band was amazing, the marriage will be one of the good ones.

Just A Peek...

We had such a fun weekend, Abby and Matt's wedding followed by trick-or-treating. I have LOTS of pictures of both, but since Corey promised our Cincinnati blog fans a picture of the kids in their costumes, here's just a peek...

We went trick-or-treating with cousin Lily. She's a little blurry in the picture because she couldn't quit jumping in excitement. She and Cate had SO much fun running up to houses and saying, "Trick or Treat!" and Anna just LOVED getting to be part of the action. It was precious.

How cute is this?!

Good News!

Like most parents of young kids, we've become desensitized to discussing pee and poo. My apologies to you if you're still a bit sensitive to the subject. :0) Anyway, I thought it "blog worthy" to share the good news that Cate is now going #1 and #2 on the potty!! We are SO excited and SO proud of her. Here's our big girl enjoying an ice cream treat after going #2 tonight.

Pumpkins!

We took our annual trip to Kingsway Pumpkin Farm on Saturday. As always, we had a great time!

The "Hay Maze", every little opening Cate would stick her head out and say, "Mommy, come and get me!"

This was Anna's first visit to the pumpkin patch, and she loved it!

Both girls carefully selected their own pumpkins.

Cate and her friend, McKenna, rode the train like big girls.

Ballet Class

On Tuesday, Cate and I got to watch Makayla at her ballet class. Kayla is dancing at my old studio, Candy Apple's Dance Center, and doing really well! I have been at the studio a lot this year, as I am their "official substitute teacher". I just love getting to teach and dance again! Cate and I are going to be taking a Mommy and Me class soon too. Anyway, here are some pictures of my beautiful, kind, funny, and smart niece at ballet class.

Can I just say how thankful I am that my girls have such a great role model!

Choo Choo!!

"Anna, what does a Choo Choo train say?"

Anna has learned very quickly that if Cate is laughing, to do it again.

The Bog

On Sunday we took a little hike through the woods to the Jackson Bog. It's so fun getting to include the girls in the things that we love to do.

Cate loved collecting acorns and putting them in her pocket.

Apple Orchard

It seems like Fall is every one's favorite time of year. We're no different. Today we took advantage of the good weather (and the fact that we can leave our house again, Cate's gone all week wearing big girl underwear with no accidents!) and went pickin' some apples.

Playing with Mia

The girls just love playing with their cousin, Mia. Mia is right in between Cate and Anna's ages, so she plays with both of them so easily. She even calls Anna, "My Anna".

Feeding their babies.

Just Picts

While we did have an amazing time in NYC, absolutely nothing beats coming home to these two little sweet-peas.
